LIQUIDITY MATRIX
The method

Price moves toward where the orders are

Most traders put their stop loss in the same obvious places: just above a high, just below a low, at the edge of a range. Those stops are orders waiting to be filled — liquidity. Large moves often start by running through one of those pools before going the other way, or by breaking through it and continuing.

Liquidity Matrix is a way to see those pools before price reaches them, so you are not the one whose stop gets taken.

What we mark on a chart

  • Equal highs and equal lows — two or more turns at almost the same price. Buy stops above, sell stops below.
  • Walls and floors — a zone price reaches again and again without a candle closing through it. Each touch is shown, and the zone is drawn as a zone, not as one exact price.
  • Sweeps — a wick through a level that closes back inside. We always show what price did on the candles after it, including when the sweep failed.
  • Ranges and breaks — the ceiling and floor of a sideways market, and whether the break followed through.
  • Structure — lower highs or higher lows that show which side is in control.
  • Untouched levels — highs above and lows below the current price that have not been traded through yet. These are the daily market levels.

How we keep it honest

Every level and every moment in our videos is found by code on real MetaTrader candles, with the dates on screen. The script is not allowed to invent a price: every number is checked against the chart data before a video is made.

We test trading ideas on years of data, and we keep the most recent part of the data aside to check them on candles the idea was not built on. Most ideas fail that check. For example, an order-block entry on gold looked slightly positive on the full history (166 trades) but lost on the held-back recent data, and the same rules on three currency pairs lost overall (379 trades). We say so, and we do not trade or sell an idea that failed.

A good backtest is still not a promise. Live trading adds spread, slippage, commissions, news spikes and markets that change, so an idea that held up on past candles can still lose from here.

What Liquidity Matrix is not

It is not a signal service, not a promise of profit, and not financial advice. We do not see the market's real order book or where stops actually are — for spot gold and forex nobody outside the broker can. The pools we mark are read from price itself: highs, lows and zones on the candles. A level is where stops are likely to sit — price can go through any of them. Liquidity Matrix is not affiliated with other indicators or products that use a similar name.
